The cafe is a cute little place on the outskirts of the glitz district(been trying to get the owners to relocate but they seem pretty stubborn about it) It used to be a btc bar but when a bunch of them got shut down whatever was there got hit. Owner bought out the venue for cheap and opened their cafe!
