| So I was walking in the street and found some note on a dumbster. I dont think it got dumped there but the owner just lost it and I want to post to find him/her because its fucking interesting. It read as follow.
"3:40 am this is the third night I couldnt sleep because of this thought. Need to write down or im gonna fucking lose it. This whole fucking city is fucked. Thugs roam the street like its their back yard. The police is either incompetent or strech so thin, a guy who carry
