So, given recent events, some of the various private security companies had a private summit to discuss what we're going to do going forward. Insurance premiums are up, mayor can't police the city properly, and Corps aren't play nice these days.
Talk of a Neo White Knights or other paramilitary alliance of HTR Security. Everyone wants to be the next King Arthur of the table, nothing concrete but yet tho.
Just word to the wise, everyone's looking to look good right now.

Also, I wish they'd have these things at a proper bar or restaurant. We keep going to sport bars or to each others very ugly living rooms. End up wasting time either watching the game or humble bragging about the decor. Also, at the executive level, only a handful of us can actually hold our liquor. So, yeah, the dust decussion kinda devolves with time.

>>556307 So you're saying... it would be particularly bad if anything particular Corp or other looks bad right now huh? -CN

>>556310 More like all the PSCs are all trying to look thier best. So not a lot of wiggle room for guards to look the other way. Everyone wants to be seen as being able to get results. That said, anything that makes PSCs look more relevant or required will make friends...especially if the PSC gets a new client or five out of it.

>>556316 Hmm... well the kind of work I do to ruin corps usually doesnt involve fighting so I doubt the PMCs will benefit much. -CN

Heard tell through the grapevine that D.T.S. might be heading back planetside after some cleanup work in former Protectorate space. They haven't visited since the big Civil War a couple years ago.
Sharp Edge's been looking to fill the hole that Belltower made when they got shafted by an ex cop a few years ago, but hasn't made much promise. A couple others either dissolved or dropped off the radar... we all know what happened to the Phoenix Corps (/cyb/Wiki) and Valkyrie Security Services became a laughing stock after that arctic run way back. You know, the thing with the monster horror stories or something. Like a script right out of an old trideo film, "The Thing."

We have had processed numerous proposals from some of our NAS officers of different rankings, pushing for the idea of either NAS or Hogwarts to begin negotiations with Quincy for contracts involving protection of key city infrastructural assets, claiming sure increase in both public safety and respective stock prices as both PMCs have recommended themselves well with Glitch City Airport protection.

As far as I am aware, neither Sir El-Melloi II, nor Mr.Dragonheart, who would normally have the first say on the matter, brought the idea to the board of directors, but lady Grey was surprisingly, even uncharacteristically, excited about the proposals. Although it might have been just her being proud of the troops morale.

None of it constitutes corporate secret, and it would indeed be useful to investigate public responce to such an idea, so I thought to share this with you all. — Albert Batman, K-TRAN Conglomerate, K-TRAN Corporation, Public Relations Department.
