| First of all, there is no such thing as One Salvation Orphanage. Place was turned to ashes two years ago. Everyone except for a dozen kids died... Well, "died" in a fire. A typical cover up. After some digging my boys found that a firefight took place, many bullets and many bodies.
| All the medical supplies that are meant for this "orphanage" are simply being bounced between places, endlessly, with no real destination. Paper trail is so huge I got headache reading through all of it. I sent you copies if you'd like to get a migraine too.
The only thing that I dug up that ever reached the orphanage before the fire was multiple packages of surgical equipment and, uh, datajacks. Experimental treatment my ass.

We managed to snuck a guy inside as a junior staff, and he scanned documentation on those children. But it's, uh, really not being handled as required by procedures. No real info aside from their names and threat levels, whatever those mean.
It director of the facility really works ass to keep kids a secret.

This is not the first time I hear of "experimental treatment" on children in GC. In fact I just sent a girl (what was left of her, anyway, I'm no magician) I recovered earlier out to Britain. But this is the first time I have a lead.
