I new a guy that hid 12 gauge shotgun barrel in his arm, but was capable of bending it due to the barrel having a "lock" mechanism placed where the joints are, and could move the hand effortlessly, indistinguishable from any other lilim.

Just to explain the "lock" mechanism, the barrel was basically divided in two on the joint, and when preparing to fire, would move the front half backwards, kinda like this:

| Laurence Caryll, a professor at the Neo Corpos Univerity in Overground District, has been identified as the notorious Thoth, anti-Lilim serial killer and cult leader collectively responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Lilims. Caryll was the professor of nuclear astrophysics at the University, and had previously been off-world as a nuclear engineer for colony worlds. He was 62 years old, and he was found dead from a single gunshot to the head. Suicide is suspected, not confirmed.
