Report Leak Part One

| This seems like not so common leak, but not because of the content. Because of the motive behind posting this, why would someone post this kind of leak knowing that most people if anybody doesn't know about this particular case. The important thing here isn't the data but the ulterior motive behind this specific leak

| As i said earlier (in #523909) I'm more concerned about the motive behind the leak, if someone knows something about it, share it. Im an information broker but because I'm new to the city I really dont know half of the things going on here. It would be of great help
