| Patient attended Saint Agustine Academy when they complained of mild chest pains. No previous occurrences on record. No heart abnormalities and only slightly below average heart rate. However overnight the patient continued to complain about the symptoms before succumbing several hours of vomiting. Orderlies could not find the cause and they were brought to the emergency room for more tests. Endsum.405
