Opinions on Dr.Stone
| Disclaimer: I have only watched the anime, so I have no clue about the manga.
The anime starts out strong with a few episodes that have interesting plot premise and decent character development. The middle of the season has a few intresting segments that add to the plot, but in my opinion it seems like halfway through the season they started to run out of ideas. By the end of the season it gets really dry and fillery.
Its still worth a watch though.

| It's a fun shounen with some interesting insights. Top-tier as far as shounen goes, but not much beyond that.
Not that it has to be! I like it as it is.

| It has "accurate" science (kind of) which makes it top tier already while at the same time keeps the shonen battles going strong. The characters are quirky but also subject to flanderization once they are no longer relevant to the ongoing plot (lol) due to the massive amount of them, though at some point you just couldn't care less about anyone but mc (the rest of the cast barely had any subplot at all).
